One challenge as a writer is to find the best outlet for our writing. We finished our short story, poem, prose, novel, haiku, or other offering and want to have it published. But who “gets” our voice, our humor, our specific, unique outlook on life? How do we find the right fit? (Of course, the Writing Women of Zurich website is a premier spot!)
But, sometimes we want an opportunity to be compensated for our work. Or we want to have our work published and not have to pay for the privilege. To get us started on this journey of presenting our writing to the world, Deb Danz has complied a list of online journals that will accept our work for free. Special thanks to Deb for her initiative and sharing the information below!!
PS: As with any website, those listed below may change or close their submission deadlines. The last four websites are currently closed but will accept submittals soon. But, what the heck? Give ’em a try!!
